Chasing the sun, moments, and stories wherever I go.

From golden hour helicopter rides in Manhattan to spontaneous Kitsilano sunsets with friends, my adventures are often guided by the sun. There's something about that specific light – whether it's the bright potential of dawn or the warm glow of late afternoon – that seems to draw out special moments.

It’s less about the perfect lighting for a photo (though that’s nice too!) and more about the feeling these times evoke: a sense of pause, shared connection, or simply appreciating the beauty of a fleeting instant. These sunlit memories become the stories I carry with me.

What's it like there? How do people approach this differently? This drive to understand diverse perspectives fuels my adventures. While the ambitious goal is to eventually set foot in every country, the real reward lies in the small moments of connection and the gradual expansion of empathy that comes from experiencing the world's incredible variety. It’s a lifelong project in understanding people – the same core pursuit that drew me to design.
