Transport Home Screen Hero Redesign

Introduced a more illustrative and dynamic hero section that adapted to contextual factors like time of day, traffic, weather, and location. This provided a more personalized and immersive experience for users across different regions.

Save Address

Designed a net new end-to-end feature to encourage users to save their frequently visited addresses, such as home and office. Gains about 8,000 addresses saved per day. When launched for Food, gains about 40,000 addresses saved per day.

Gate Operational Schedule

Created a feature to inform users about opening and closing hours of specific gate pickup points. By providing clear scheduling information, users could better plan their pickups, reducing confusion and wait times at unavailable gates.
